Chicken Tortilla Soup (My version)


Chicken Tortilla Soup
Frozen Chicken Breast
Chicken Broth
Taco Seasoning
Salt/Pepper to taste
Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
Drain 1 can or left over pinto beans
Drain 1 can of corn
1 small can of tomato sauce
Guacamole
Cut up corn tortilla

Put chicken in stock pot cover with chicken broth, taco seasoning & water. Bring to a boil.
Cut up chicken and place back into the broth.
Add the can of cream of soup, guacamole, sauce, beans corn & tortilla.
Simmer until boiling. Add sour cream and cheese when serving.
