Ties that Bind class
I was finally able to start on my mini album for the Big Picture class Ties that bind. The inside will include pages about my most cherished relationships.
I used an old Coco Daisy Kit from back in October. I really enjoying seeing old items used in a project.
More photos to come....

Other crafts
The few of you all who read this blog know me as having many different projects flowing at once. I believe that would be my ADHD kicking in. This week I did not really work on my scrapbook projects as planned instead I worked on my cross stitch.
While reading blogs I found several I really like and wish to share with you.

NEW project
Rules are made to be broken RIGHT???
I started yet another project....I know I was not going to start anything just finish what I had already started. Guess what? It didn't stick!
I am taking another class over on big picture class this class is called " The Ties That Bind-Five Ways to Scrapbook Your Most Important Relationships
This class is a self paced class which is great since my schedule is so CR@ZY!! This class helps you take a deeper look into your relationships that are in your life.
When I think relationships I think about more than my family. I think about my pets, my church, and local craft businesses.
The definition of relationships is the key element in this project.
I know I can do this!!! Right?
Stay tune to either see me accomplish this task or watch the train wreck!!
Thanks for stopping by!

What's on your Work desk Wednesday 194
Hi!
I finally got to work on my monthly mini album.
Now I just need to take some photos and print off some photos and this page will be complete. I work in a 50+ year old school building so I may need more than one page.
(* Note that the card with the brown dots really does not go with the page)
I am looking forward to finishing up the month
The paper is from the February Kit from Cocoa Daisy. The plan is to use the kit up before the next month's arrives. So far I am on schedule.
If you are visiting from Stamping Ground here is a peek at my workstation for this Wednesday. After you read my blog check out other's work desk area you never know what ideas will come from peeking in on someone else work.
I finally got to work on my monthly mini album.
Here are some of the pages that I got to complete. I am so excited I actually got to work on some pages. I do like the size 6x6 compared to last years album that was 12x12.
One of my new years resolutions was to read more and I took a trip to the library to start. I also found a new love of Keurig. I do not like coffee but I was able to find Hot Chocolate and Tea (Letters used are by American Crafts Hugs Robin Egg Blue)

Letter writing
When was the last time you actually took a moment and wrote a handwritten letter?
February is here and I try to write my friends and families a card and have them post marked by a town with a valentine theme.
All you have to do is complete your cards and address them. When addressing them make sure to leave plenty of room for the postmark. Add the needed postage to each card. Then in a larger envelope address it as Postmaster, Valentine Re-Mailing, City, State & Zip code.
Also include a little thank you for the postman that is hand cancelling each card.
My favorites are:

Here are some examples from years past:
Are you planning on sending any valentine this year?
It may be fun to include this and make them even more unique.

This week what will inspire me is to get organized and keep on my path to finishing up projects. Seeing that January is almost gone makes me just into gear and start marking off the projects on my list.

New project 2013!
Hi!
Where did January go? We are flying by already?!? I want this year to slow down I have too many projects to finish and yet I created a new one...Yes, I added a new project to my pile but this one is easy and only have to work with it once a month.
Let me back up a bit... I recently got a new camera (no surprise, I buy one every year it seems) but this one is a Fuji film instax mini 7s. I have been selling items on ebay and saved up enough to buy one so it makes it even more special.
While playing with my new instant camera I realized how I started taking photos as a child. (I saved green stamps to get my first camera!!) I would take photos of the sunset. In honor of this memory and the fact that we are starting a new year made it even more appealing to start a new project.
I am taking a photo on the same day (16th) of the sunset and adding it to this little book. The 16th does not have any real meaning it just was the day I thought of it :)

The 2013 actually came from some junk mail that I got and loved the color and thought it would work well with the size of the project.
This camera takes small photos about 2x3 which will be great for project life pockets.
As I am still learning more about this instant camera as it has a close up lens you can buy and other decorative film. I just hope the film is easily available.
Thanks for stopping by hopefully I will be working on completing other projects and not start another one.
